Having 6+ years as a licensed real estate sales representative, Transactions in the real estate world are No challenge to me. I focus my efforts mainly on Residential Development Lands and Investment Grade Commercial Real Estate – mostly Apartment buildings with over 6 Units. I can guarantee client satisfaction and happiness by making them Money.

I have a lot of buyer and sellers that work in this field, but the main struggle right now is finding the “product”. Market knowledge and market intelligence plays a large role in negotiation and finding the deal that fits, but in a market that is moving as fast pace as it currently is, it’s very hard to determine values and market dynamics.
